Red is a daring, sensual and passionate color.
It's also the symbolic color for two very good causes: Product Red, which supports AIDS programs in Africa, and Go Red, a movement started by the American Heart Association to educate woman about heart disease.
The American Heart Association hosted its annual "Wear Red Day" this past Friday and I proud to say that I wore, er, burgundy. Okay, it's not quite red but close enough.
